  Even if they are RAA approved, absolutely No suggestion. Dont go there, they are just expensive and not good at all. They charge way to much for towing and are only concerned about the Money they can make from you.

  Travelling through Port Augusta, our ute broke down. RAA showed quickly and determined it needed to be towed to an approved shop, which they handled quickly enough. We later walked to the shop to check on progress. All the staff and techs were rude, and preferred to stand around chatting with one another than communicate with or help us. Other cars came in and were dealt with, but we were always dismissed or ignored. Finally paid to have it re-towed to another shop Nissan (across the street) recommended. Problem diagnosed and parts ordered in nothing flat. Cannot say anything good about this shop.

  The staff had a really poor attitude, seemed not at all concerned about this big hiccup to our journey, not at all interested in getting us back on the road. Nissan sales across the road could not have been more helpful and are the reason we will be able to leave tomorrow. Neill Automotive did nothing - I would give zero stars.
